The great matter about adopting littermates is that they have already been jointly their full life, so there is absolutely no dilemma integrating them. I don’t see any draw back to adopting littermates (Unless of course they aren't actually buddies—often in a very litter of 3, two is going to be really restricted plus the 3rd, not a great deal
